The donations which were collected by the “Art for Education“ team in the last years were used to build an additional building for the Hester and Louis Genis Hostel in Tsjaka, Namibia. The hostel is part of the Mphe Thuto Primary School. A school that has been in cooperation with the “Kunst für Bildung“ project since the beginning of the programme. The local organization Komeho Namibia was responsible for the construction of the new building. The painting was done by German and Namibian volunteers.

Mit den Spenden, die das “Kunst für Bildung”-Team in den letzten Jahren gesammelt haben, wurde ein Wellblechgebäude am Hester und Louis Genis Schülerheim_ im Wüstendorf Tsjaka in Namibia gebaut.
Das Schülerheim gehört zur Mphe Thuto Primary School, einer Schule die seit Beginn mit “Kunst für Bildung” kooperiert. Die Planung übernahm die lokale Organisation Komeho Namibia; angestrichen wurde das Gebäude von deutschen und namibischen Freiwilligen.
